Overview

ProSource (prosource.app) is a static business directory. We do not require account registration, do not collect form submissions, and do not sell personal data. This policy describes what limited information is collected when you visit the site and how it is used.

Information We Collect

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — which pages are visited, approximate geographic region, device type, and referral source. This data is collected via a first-party Google tag and processed by Google under their Privacy Policy. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymized before storage.

Search Queries

When you use the business search feature, your query is sent to our search API hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Queries are not logged or stored beyond the duration of the request. Your search term may also be appended to the page URL (e.g., /search/?q=your+query) and recorded by your browser's history.

Infrastructure Logs (Cloudflare)

ProSource is served through Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may temporarily process your IP address and request metadata for security, abuse prevention, and performance purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details. We do not have access to these logs.

Cookies

ProSource itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. These cookies are first-party cookies stored in your browser under the prosource.app domain.

You can opt out of Google Analytics measurement at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using a browser extension that blocks analytics trackers.

Business Listing Data

Business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, photos, ratings, and reviews displayed on ProSource are compiled from publicly available sources. This information is already publicly accessible and is not collected from users of this site.

If you are a business owner and believe your listing contains inaccurate information, or if you would like your business removed from our directory, please contact us at hello@prosource.app. We will respond within 5 business days.

Sponsored Listings & Payments

Businesses that purchase a sponsored placement are directed to a Stripe-hosted payment page. ProSource does not collect or store any payment card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. under their Privacy Policy.

Business contact information submitted via the sponsor onboarding form is processed by Formspree and delivered to us by email. We use it only to set up and manage the sponsorship. We do not share it with third parties.

Third-Party Links

Listing pages link to business websites, Google Maps profiles, and Yelp pages. These are external sites with their own privacy practices. ProSource is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site.

Children's Privacy

ProSource is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
